Customer service is available by telephone Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm on the above numbers, BT national rates apply, unless you are local to Southport in which case it's a local call! or by email (use link above) or by post.

Guarantee
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind for any reason and return the goods for a full refund. Your money will be refunded within 30 days. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
All machines sold by Fax Shop are brand new (unless very clearly sold as otherwise) and complete with the manufactures warranty, normally 12 months.

Out of Warranty Problems
Fax Shop is unique in that we have our own network of engineers. This means we are able to repair and maintain your existing machine or machines. We can also take care of your new machine once the initial manufactures warranty has expired. Any service, repair or maintenance provided by Fax Shop can be either by prepaid all inclusive annual contract or on a time and materials basis. Further flexibility and cost saving is introduced in that you can send the machine to our workshops rather than call out an engineer. If you would like further information or to request an engineer please telephone or e-mail pas@faxshop.co.uk for a prompt and efficient response.

None of the above affects your rights as a consumer.
