We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind for any reason and return the goods for a full refund. Your money will be refunded within 30 days. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

Admin problem. If the problem is of an administrative nature such as “where’s my order?” or “you’ve forgotten to charge my credit card” simply make contact, by telephone in office hours, 9.00am to 5.00pm, by fax or email to which we can often respond more quickly.

Delivery Problem. If you receive the wrong goods, make contact as above. If it’s our error we will of course put this right quickly and as you would expect at our expense. If it’s your error, we will still put the problem right, just as quickly, but ask that you cover our additional delivery and collection costs. 

Consumable, Machine or Machine Option Problem. Can’t decide which way is up, are the instructions losing something in the  translation. Once again just get in touch, you will find you’re not the first to have had this problem and we promise that no matter how silly it might seem, we will not laugh (while you are still on the phone that is) just help you sort it out.  

Remember, and we know this is a bit corny, but we only want happy customers therefore your problem or complaint will be handled in a fair and confidential way.
It will be handled quickly (not more than 5 days).
It will be resolved quickly (not more than 30 days).
